Very nice apartments and descent parking and if there is a problem they fix it right away. They don't have a problem putting out a notice to the residents of a potential problem that is taken to them either.
That it is nice, clean, environment to live. The only concern i would have is how close you are to Rt. 1
I would tell them that I recommend it highly due to being a well run business. Both times that I requested maintenance, it was fixed super fast! Landscaping is very nice. Seems to be safe with good clients.

My family moved to School Bell Apts. November 2010. At our previous residence we were there 3 years and nothing was taken care of, grounds and buildings were not kept up well and the office and management were....well, lets just say ---should not be working there, maybe at a state prison instead. SMILE! We LOVE the office staff and the maint. staff at School Bell! They make you feel like family from the day you move in. The grounds are beautiful, hallways are kept so clean. You have to stop by and meet the great people here.....best wishes on your home search! We love our home and hope you do too!

I have been a resident at School Bell for 6 months and could not be happier here! Friends ask how I like School Bell and I can only say that is a great place to call home! Maintenance is always completed very quickly no matter what the request. The admin staff is EXCELLENT and are very nice :) Ground are well kept and my neighbors are great! It is very quiet and peaceful. A very safe place to live as well. :):)
I have had a few friends ask about how I like my apartment complex and I always tell them that it is great. Any maintence that needs to happen gets done within a day of sending in the request. You guys also seem to be very on top of security and anything that might cause a security issue. It gives me a general feeling of peace.
It is a well-maintained, clean and neat apartment complex. Residents are friendly, nice and it is quite convenient to approach lot of malls.
School Bell is awesome! The staff is excellent and very helpful. The maintenance department handles all request in a timely manner -- they are extremely efficient. The apartments are clean. The grounds are maintained. The location is great.
We love it here. Only complaint is noise in front bedroom from people coming and going. We would have chosen an apartment on the opposite side of the parking lot. Staff very friendly. Maintenance wonderful and timely. Grounds kept looking nice. etc, etc.
